What if my carer arrives late?

Adjustments for late starts.

We hope this never happens but should it occur, you have two options:

  1. You have the option to extend the finish time of your booking so that the actual number of hours for the job is the same as what you originally booked.

  2. If you return at the same time as was originally scheduled you will receive a partial refund for the time that wasn’t used (calculated in half hour increments).

When your carer completes the job upon your return, they will log the hours spent and your payment will be adjusted automatically based on which option you chose.
