Modifying or Cancelling A Booking

If you need to change or cancel your booking, you may do so up to 1 hour before it is scheduled to start, but please note that there may be some penalties for last minute changes or cancellations.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details, however here’s a quick summary:

  1. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start time of your booking, you will receive a full refund.

  2. If you cancel less than 24 hours but more than 1 hour before the start time, you will receive a 50% refund on your booking.

  3. Within an hour of the booking start, you will not be able to make changes or cancel. If you really need to cancel at this point, please inform your carer not to come, however there is no refund in this situation.

Changes to your booking will need to be accepted or declined by the carer. If you make a change and the carer declines it, this will be treated as a cancellation on your part and the above policy will apply.
