How overtime payments are processed.

No problem, overtime is charged in 30 minute intervals at the same standard hourly rate as the rest of your booking and will be logged by the carer at the end of the job. The Sittr system then takes care of charging the extra amount and transferring it to the carer.

We do recommend that you get in touch with your carer to let them know and make sure that they don’t have another job or appointment that they need to get to. 

If your plans do change and you need to extend your carer, we advise speaking to your carer about this upfront at the time of booking or via our messaging system after the carer has accepted.
