If you send a direct booking request to a carer, they will have up to 24 hours to respond. However, if you need an answer quicker than that, there are typically two options:
Post a Job - Posting a job sends your job details out to hundreds of carers at once and usually results in a number of applicants quickly (depending on the location and time of day). You can post a job in the Sittr App (iOS only) or via our mobile website here.
Send multiple Booking Requests - You can send multiple direct booking requests to carers. This is usually not as efficient as posting a job and comes with the added downside of having to cancel all other pending requests once a carer accepts.
