Deleting your Sittr account
If you'd like to permanently delete your Sittr account, follow these steps:
Go to sittr.com and log in to your account.
Click on Account in the menu.
Select Delete Account.
Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
Your account and personal data will be permanently removed.
When you can't delete your account.
You won't be able to delete your account if you have an open booking or an outstanding payment, so if you have trouble with the deletion process not working, check and address these items before reaching out to support.
For Carers - Not ready to delete?
If you'd prefer to take a break without losing your profile, reviews, or booking history, you can temporarily disable your account instead. To do this, simply remove your availability from your profile settings — this hides your profile without deleting it.
