Payouts for completed jobs usually take only 24 - 48hrs to arrive in your account. However, there are a few situations that can slow this down, including:

  • A carer or parent's first booking as extra time may be required for fraud checking.

  • Last minute bookings on a weekend as bank processing times are reduced during these times.

  • Incorrect bank account details for the carer.

If you have a completed a job (and changed the status of the job from Accepted to Completed in the App) and haven't received your payment within 3 working days, please contact Sittr and we can trace your payment for you to see where it is.
